FieldInbox is a job management platform for electricians. The Service provides AI-powered categorization of job requests, customer management, job tracking, and Google Calendar import.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the Service, including customer information and job details
  • You must have the right to share any messages or customer data you paste into the Service
  • You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding customer data you store in the Service

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to categorize jobs and extract information from messages. AI-generated categorizations, summaries, and extracted data are provided as suggestions and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you authorize FieldInbox to read your calendar events for the purpose of importing and organizing them within the Service. FieldInbox does not write or modify events on your Google Calendar. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FieldInbox. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldInbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
