Job & Customer Data

  • Customer names, phone numbers, and addresses you provide or paste into the app
  • Job details, descriptions, categories, and status
  • Messages you paste for AI categorization

Google Calendar Data

If you connect your Google Calendar, we read your calendar events to import them into FieldInbox for categorization and organization. This includes event titles, times, descriptions, and attendees. We do not write or modify events on your Google Calendar.

  • Log data and error reports

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the FieldInbox service, including AI-powered job categorization
  • To process and categorize messages you paste using AI (OpenAI)
  • To import and organize your Google Calendar events when connected
  • To improve and maintain the service

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate FieldInbox:

  • Authentication providers — to manage user accounts and sign-in
  • AI processing services — to categorize jobs and extract information from messages you paste
  • Google Calendar API — to read your calendar events for import and organization
  • Hosting providers — to host and serve the application

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

FieldInbox's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, FieldInbox:

  • Only reads Google Calendar data to import and organize your events within FieldInbox
  • Does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service
  • Does not use Google user data for advertising or to serve ads
  • Does not allow humans to read Google user data unless required for security purposes, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Job and customer data is stored in our database hosted on Vercel. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data, job records, and customer data from our systems. Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period or as required by law.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with third-party services as described in Section 4, and only as necessary to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
